Qpony Mobile App Redesign: Led a redesign project to identify new value propositions and enhance user experience. Conducted desk research and competitive analysis, leading to the development of an empathy map for target user personas. Facilitated strategic workshops using tools such as Customer Journey Map, Strategy Canvas, and Value Proposition Canvas to position the app effectively in the market. Guided the team in ideation, feature prioritization, and planning, resulting in main screen mockups, an interactive prototype, and a refreshed Look & Feel design, with a final presentation for investors and the management board.
Personal Income Tax Platform: Led UX design for a new self-service platform for a public institution in Poland. Employed Agile methodologies and Rapid Iterative Testing Evaluation to quickly prototype and test solutions with users. Delivered User Flows, high-fidelity wireframes for desktop and mobile, an interactive prototype, handoff documentation in Figma, and a comprehensive test report with recommendations.
Iterative Research of the Insurance Agent Platform for Uniqa: Directed UX research for a new online platform for insurance agents, utilizing the RITE method for usability testing. In-Person & Remote User Testing: Conducted both in-person and remote user tests to gather insights and validate design hypotheses for new product ideas and improvements. Applied experiment results and research to develop and test design hypotheses using quantitative and qualitative data.
Instant Answers Project: Designed the user experience for an AI-aided service aimed at improving the speed and quality of answers on Brainly. Collaborated closely with business and product owners, the Machine Learning team, and both backend and front-end developers. The service used machine learning to identify and present the best answers in real-time, reducing duplicates and enhancing user satisfaction. Test results showed a 90% reduction in duplicates and 25% faster answers to unique questions. The solution, which continues to support 350 million students, proved its value through A/B/C/D testing in the U.S. and Polish markets.
Video Guides Project: Led the implementation and test analysis for a service providing video explanations for popular math and physics questions. Worked with product and business owners, a market manager, and developers to deliver and test the solution in the Indonesian market. The service used step-by-step video explanations to improve understanding, resulting in a 70% lower bounce rate and 250% longer session durations. The concept was validated through A/B/C/D tests.

Avalanche Airbag Vest and Backpack: Led the design, prototyping, and testing of the world’s first compact avalanche airbag vest. Focused on ergonomics and iterative development using the Kanban method, creating multiple prototypes and refining the design to ensure optimal safety and usability for users in avalanche-prone areas. The Aerosize vest features an innovative inflating system that combines compressed gas with ambient air, allowing for a smaller, more manageable design compatible with regular backpacks. The vest’s ergonomic design includes neck encirclement and under-arm fastenings. It has been tested and certified by TÜV SÜD Product Service GmbH in accordance with EN 16716: 2017, outlining safety requirements and test methods for avalanche airbag systems.
